Hardly surprising, I suppose, given that the media buzz-words of the moment are 'credit crunch' & 'recession'. However, early in 2010, it's not all doom and gloom - here in Cheshire, a few canny people are realising that house prices will not fall forever & that there are now some bargains to be had. These moves kept us at Rapidmove busy during the latter part of the 2009 and the first part of 2010, along with some corporate work from regular clients. I have noticed that we carried out a higher than average number of quotations recently - this bodes well for the next couple of months. Sales of packing boxes and materials also improved during this period. We can still fit in smaller jobs, single items etc. We are busy taking bookings for later in August - if you require our services soon, please don't leave it until the last minute before making contact! Dates are filling up quickly, so if you would like us to carry out your move, please get in touch as soon as you have an idea of your moving date. We are, of course, available even during busy periods to provide quotations for future removal dates. Incidentally, if we are unavailable for your preferred removal date, we can usually recommend another reputable company to you. There are several removal companies in the area with whom we maintain strong links and we will be happy to help you by passing on their details.
